Our Hardscape Design Process is a Collaborative Journey

On-Site Consultation & Walkthrough
We begin with a detailed walkaround of your property to discuss your goals, highlight key views, and assess potential drainage or grading issues.
Needs & Preferences Assessment
We talk through your aesthetic preferences, budget, and desired maintenance level to guide material and design decisions that suit your lifestyle.
Custom Hardscape Plan & Quote
We develop a tailored design and provide pricing, including a curated materials palette that complements your home’s style.
Site Preparation & Grading
Our skilled team excavates the area to proper depth (at least 7″) and prepares a compacted crushed stone base to ensure stability.
Bedding & Paver Installation
We install a precise layer of bedding sand (C-33) and begin laying pavers to match the layout. Each paver is cut to fit as needed.
Edging & Locking
A snap edge border is secured with 10″ nails to lock the pavers in place and ensure long-term durability.
Final Tamping & Sanding
The patio is machine tamped, polymeric sand is swept into the joints, and a final tamp ensures a level, finished surface.
