Plant Bio:
Cheyenne spirit coneflower is a mix of gorgeous sunset shades ranging from purple, pink, red, orange, yellow to cream and white. It features large daisy-like blooms up to 3-4” wide on sturdy stems. Provides a vibrant floral display in the garden for early to late summer, sometimes with additional sporadic bloom until frost. Perfect for perennial borders, prairies or cottage gardens.
Watering Requirements
Regularly while flowering – once or twice weekly for the first three months after planting. Once established, aim for 1” per week.
Feeding Requirements
Once a year lightly with a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Apply in spring.
Pruning Time & Tips
Deadhead spent blooms throughout the blooming season. Cut back to 3” above soil in winter.
