Plant Bio:

Blushing bride hydrangea is a deciduous shrub with pure white semi-double mophead blooms all season that mature to a sweet, pink blush. Unlike some of the other mophead varieties, this bloom color is unaffected by soil pH. This shrub reblooms summer to fall on new and old wood and is a show stopper in the landscape.

Watering Requirements

Often – once, twice or even three times weekly, and more often in extreme heat. At least 1” per week.

Feeding Requirements

Once a year with slow-release fertilizer. Apply in spring or early summer.

Pruning Time & Tips

Annually in early spring. Prune to maintain size and any rubbing/ crossing branches.

Bacterial wilt, Blister Rust, Botrytis blight, Powdery Mildew, Root Rot, Aphids, Black Vine Beetle, Hydrangea Leaf Tiers, Four Lined Plant Bugs, Tarnished Plant Bug.
