Plant Bio:
Autumn brilliance fern is a semi-evergreen, handsome coppery red selection that is brighter red and significantly more dramatic than others in the species. A bold and beautiful choice for dappled sunlight to deeply shaded areas. Leaves mature to deeply cut, dark green. Easy to grow and adaptable to drier soils in cool, shaded locations. Spreads by underground stems. Semi-evergreen.
Watering Requirements
Regularly – weekly, or more often in extreme heat or in containers. At least 1” per week.
Feeding Requirements
Once a year with a balanced slow-release fertilizer. Apply in late spring after the last frost.
Pruning Time & Tips
Prune off dead or damaged leaves at the end of winter / early spring.

Mealybugs, Scales and Aphids.

Troubleshooting:
Ferns tend to like to be kept moist but not soaking wet. Water from the base of the plant and avoid getting the fronds wet to help prevent fungus or diseases from spreading.
