Plant Bio:

This vigorous hydrangea features strong, sturdy stems and attractive blue-green foliage. Haas halo produces pure white, lace cap flowers that bloom up to 14” across. This selection of our North American native hydrangea arborescens is an excellent specimen plant, and even better planted en masse as a hedge or as a woodland edge.

Watering Requirements

Often – once, twice or even three times weekly, and more often in extreme heat. At least 1” per week.

Feeding Requirements

Once a year with slow-release fertilizer. Apply in spring or early summer.

Pruning Time & Tips

Annually in early spring. Prune to maintain size and any rubbing/ crossing branches.

Common Pests & Diseases

Powdery Mildew, Aphids, Spider Mites, Yellow Leaves and Leaf Spots.
