Plant Bio:

Soft pink blooms cover the plant from mid-spring to the first hard freeze of late fall. Easy to care for, vigorous, and cold hardy. Glossy dark green foliage with excellent disease resistance. Low spreading habit is perfect for smaller gardens, filling gently around established plants, in borders or along paths.

Watering Requirements

Moderately – when the top 3” of soil is dry. Especially during hot dry spells. At least 1” per week.

Feeding Requirements

Once a year with a balanced slow-release fertilizer, apply after the first wave of blooms appear.

Pruning Time & Tips

Annually in late winter or very early spring cut back to 6-8” above soil. Prune to rejuvenate new growth for next season.

Chili Thrips and Cercospora Leafspot.

Troubleshooting:

If you start to see light brown spots on leaves, which may also be wrinkled and curled, you could have thrips. In cases of a very severe infestation, the leaves may entirely dry up. If you suspect you have a thrip infestation, bring in a cutting to the garden center for help!
