At McDonald Landscapes, our designers take into account all the aspects of your current yard, as well as all the hopes and desires you are looking to incorporate with new landscaping. These include:
- The existing architecture of your home
- The current slope of the yard and existing patios or driveways.
- Downspouts and site drainage (or lack thereof).
- The location of the home within your plot of land
- What direction each side of the house faces (in regards to the sunlight and wind factors).
- Soil make up and any existing plants you enjoy and want to keep.
With all those factors in mind, each design we make is customized to fit your home and your needs. While we strive to turn your concerns into thoughtful solutions for your property, we always are keeping your initial budget in mind. To help with that initial decision, we offer three main design packages to accommodate any size project you are looking to tackle:
Petit Paradise
Cost: $600-$995
This package is perfect for an intimate garden or hardscape you are hoping to add to your home. This type of project could range from an addition of an island bed in your front yard or your backyard, a refresh to one side of your foundation beds, or the creation of a new displaced firepit patio.
The Oasis
Cost: $995-$1,995
This package has everything you need to design the front or backyard of your dreams. This could be a new water feature, a paver patio for lounging and entertaining, privacy plantings along the back of your property, a cut flower garden by your kitchen window, and more. This package is designed to give your home a full front or backyard design in whatever style you are looking for.
The Estate
Cost: $1,995+
This package covers your entire property, front, back and both sides and can include plantings, hardscapes, and so much more. Creating a comprehensive and cohesive design across your whole yard. This package really varies based on your property size and what you hope to accomplish with your landscaping.
Nest Steps
Once you choose a package, all of our designs come with a cost proposal for installation of the design, as well as images of the plants to be included to aid in visualization of your design. We also credit your design fee towards your account, should you proceed with our installation services. Big decisions regarding your home can be intimidating, but that is why we are here to help you achieve the landscape of your dreams.
